Designed a smooth onboarding, timesheet submission, and payment platform for web & mobile to allow CollegeBoard’s Test Co-ordinators and staff (proctors, hall monitors, etc) run smoother SAT and AP tests all around the world.
The Problem
CollegeBoard holds SAT and AP tests that run internationally in 173 countries. They needed a reliable, fast, and trusting partner to help them onboard staff who will be working at these tests.
Their users are test co-ordinators who add and assign staff including proctors, hall monitors, and other staff to each test administration. This meant they needed to onboard a large number of users in a short time before test administrations come up, to ensure the tests can run smoothly and staff can get paid on time.
The Solution
We presented a mobile and web application to help them onboard all test-coordinators and staff smoothly and easily. Our app provided an onboarding experience that allows staff to get onboarded within 20 minutes, down from the original 60 minutes they usually onboarded staff. To date, more than 60,000 staff have onboarded and got paid on time as a result of this app. A key contributor to winning this contract was a prototype that was used in the pitch to winning the contract.
